The goal of e-Olive is to develop a holistic and integrated method regarding the efficient production management of olive oil based on the introduction of emerged Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) tools.
cwa members have undertaken the design and development of the database, the application programming interfaces of the database (API) and the mobile platform applications (smartphone / tablet) for android operating system, iOS.
Under the auspices of the e-Olive project, cwa members have developed the android application Olive Alarm that allows for rapid identification and warning of outbreaks of the bacterium Xylella fastidiosa.
